One of my favorite drills for consistent ball striking is making slow swings, with the goal of hitting my driver just 60 meters using a full swing. This really helped improve my tempo, strike, and power delivery. I also used to make slow swings with a weighted club, pausing at the top and then slowly returning to impact.

I found this drill especially useful for short game shots, as it helped me ensure I was holding the angle and keeping the clubface square to my setup position. A truly refined golf swing, in my view, is evident in how easily power is generated through leverage and centered strikes.
